  We stayed two weeks and our spot was AWFUL. We were next to a boat shop and it was VERY noisey, as was the traffic on Hwy 95. The managers wife was SO unfriendly and very rude. People were clique and not real friendly to new people. The showers were great as was the laundry and fitness center. WiFi was unavailable most of the time and cable was terrible!!!! People warned us about the drinking water which the manager didn't let us know about. "DON'T DRINK IT". Town is run down and dirty. Won't plan on coming back. Not worth the money.

  Great Place to stay. Beautiful patio and clubhouse overlooking the river. WiFi was not very good even in the clubhouse. Great managers!

  Great place to fish that don't have a fee and good job on opening up more spots to fish and watch for the wild life on and off the water
