  Not impressed with Manager of Bullhead City facility. 1st day of 8 week service urine from catheter ruined bedroom carpet never have received a call from Manager regarding incident. Replaced carpet.
  
  3rd day of service caregiver do not show up and even though the office is notified when their personnel reach your home as scheduled I did not receive a call from the office letting me know someone would be on their way. I had to call the office and let them know no one had arrived. My wife had just had hip surgery and I have ALS. Disappointed in the Company especially at $1109.00 per week.
